One of the island favorites for lunch offering picture perfect views, delicious local fares and friendly service. Stop by during low tide, grab a cocktail and take a stroll on the large, rippled sandbar that stretches for many yards out to the mesmerizing blue sea.
Cappucino's
Small, cozy Italian restaurant in Port Lucaya that is a must! If you are searching for fine dining with excellent service, Cappucino’s is the place to be. We recommend the Filet Mignon and/or the house specialty, Pappardelle. SO good!
Flying Fish Gastro Bar
Waterfront restaurant in Port Lucaya that offers indoor/outdoor seating as well as boat dockage. Chill atmosphere with an extensive menu and a great selection of wine. Our guests have given this place rave reviews!
Terry's Conch Stand
We love going to Terry’s for his out of this world FRESH Conch salad! You know it’s good because this is where you can find all of the locals and they are so welcoming. Terry hand makes each order so be prepared to order a beer and relax for a bit. Also, the ladies in back make the BEST fried fish, lobster and macaroni and cheese. Order the Trigger Fish/Tarbot if it’s available.
Bishops
Take a drive to the east end of the island to this out near Lucayan National Park and stop by for a drink or two! Bishops is situated on the beach with a cool vibe. They also offer some of the best cracked conch on the island. This part of the island was destroyed by Hurricane and is slowly being restored. Stop by and meet Bishop…. he is a very kind man and has some interesting stories to tell.
The Stoned Crab
Elegant restaurant situated on Taino Beach with craft cocktails and a really cool vibe! This restaurant has outstanding water views and an upscale ambiance. Hint – This is a great spot for selfies and photo opportunities! Check out the wooden swings above the shallow water….
